Core to this effort will be 2 data products; @SOCAT_CO2 lead by @Dorothee_Bakker from @ueaenv which integrates surface pCO2 data and #glodap lead by @sivlauvset from @NORCEresearch which integrates interior data, mainly from @us_goship and other hydrographic programmes

Experts will explore concrete ways to support value chain elements such as standards production, data compilation, knowledge synthesis to stabilise the #oceancarbon #data system - e.g. Surface Ocean COโ‚‚ Atlas #SOCAT and the GLobal Ocean Data Analysis Project for Carbon #GLODAP

@sivlauvset @SOCAT_CO2 @ICOS_RI And shoutout to #GLODAP, @sivlauvset. It should even play a bigger role, IMO.

#GLODAP v2.2022 extends the time coverage to 2021 with 96 additional cruises! ๐Ÿšข๐Ÿ”ข๐ŸŒŠ#Oceanography

The data we produce is submitted to the Ocean Carbon Data and Acidification System (#OCADS) which puts all ocean carbon and #OceanAcidification data in to one place.
